I feel a great deal of gratitude towards the tutors, staff and students of the Writopia Lab. I have been attending the Lab on New York’s Upper West Side since 2016 first as a student and in the summers of 2022 and 2023 as a tutor myself. The Lab has helped me hone my creative writing skills, and by instructing younger students has helped grow a lot more confident in my skills as a writer.
